  • Meowwww.... I'm Such a Copycat

Ok, So My New Year's Goals are:

    -get in better physical shape
-do more creative things (learn to knit, write more)
-get married (or get the planning started, starting with the engagement)
-get pregnant (why? cuz I'm turning 29 this year, byotch. This goal may
not happen this year, but I am stating my intention to the universe.)
    -get new glasses

  • I'm most excited about your new glasses! Get something funky!

  • hmmm... do you have any expectations for your upcoming trip? Cause I kinda do, but I didn't want to say it. But now that the cat is out of the bag (pun intended)...

  • oooh lala!

i really think you should have a baby. you would have so much fun! and i would get to knit and sew things for it! and so on and so forth.

of course, i am in babyfever mode, where i think everyone should have babies. especially me.

    best new year wishes.

  • Lynn- first I must conquer my fear of/ aversion to the glaucoma tester thing (you know, the one that blows puffs of air in your eye?) I HATE that thing, my eyes always start tearing up the second I sit down for that and they have to do several times because I can't keep my eyes open for it. We'll see about the funk, I'd like something more funky (my current glasses are BORING), but my face isn't real conducive to funky.

t450- I will post about that soon, I promise.

omelay- That is so nice, you make the cutest/coolest things! I would be very honored. And it would be awesome to be pregnant at the same time. I really don't think it will happen this year (I don't think DP is ready yet), but as I said, I am stating my intention to the universe. And DP. He didn't freak out too badly. I just pointed out (again) that I am a girl, our bodies have different clocks when it comes to fertility and I may be hyper-aware given that I work with a ton of moms who went through everything to have a baby so I am more scared, plus I have a few reasons to be concerned (not freaking out, mind you, but concerned) about our individual fertility.

  • And PS I have already bought some baby clothes. And DP knows and he didn't freak out about it, he just said "don't buy anything gender specific." And he asks me more questions about babies and wants to be a volunteer baby holder at the hospital I work at, so I think he's warming up to the idea.
